La casa cuenta con espacios de varios ambientes: zona de barbacoa, terraza chille-out o su luminoso y cómodo interior.
Su localización nos permite descubrir a pie, desde los acantilados de Loiba que recorren la costa Norte, los espectaculares alrededores de naturaleza de la misma playa, o entrañables lugares como O´Barqueiro, con su curioso, pero muy reconocido puerto pesquero, con sus restaurantes y ambientes.
En la renovación de esta propiedad, se ha dado importancia a los sentidos; seleccionando colores, decoración, luz, calidez, comodidad, etc... tanto orientada a grupos de amigos como familias.
