Positive: The house is beautiful, well maintained and pampering. When we arrived Yuliya was waiting for us with some wine and cheese. She was available for us throughout the entire stay, only a phone call away and came to fix/help with some small issues we had (lamp not working, additional mattress needed etc). The owner, Tal, was in touch with us from the start and pinged several times to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds are very comfortable, the house has four double bedrooms, three have on suite bath. There wer nine of us so a family shared two rooms with a shared bathroom and the others had their own room+bathroom. There is a bathroom and shower near the pool The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a beer fridge (at additional cost). We also got plenty of towels for the pool and for bathing. There was a sound system which allowed to play music throughout the house, controlling exactly where and how loud which was nice.
Negative: It's a 20 minutes walk from the main city streets, 10-15 to the beach. Coming back from town after a long day it's a bit far and uphill but on the other hand it's quiet and there are two parking spots
