Positive: The villa is beautiful and well equipped. It is a 10-minute drive to a nearby town, and a 20-minute train ride to Florence. The kitchen in the villa is extremely well equipped, there are many glasses, plates and utensils, the table is also big enough for 8 people. The exterior is neat. All rooms have a large bed with an attached bathroom. The owner Lorenzo is very friendly and helpful. Due to lower temperatures and rain at night, it was cold in the villa on the first night, so we arranged for heating.
Negative: We missed hooks for hanging towels and trash cans in the bathrooms. Instead of wool blankets, we would prefer quilted ones - cotton ones. It would have been very kind of the agency if they had informed us in advance that a deposit of €1,500 was required, as it is rare for anyone to carry so much cash with them and we found ourselves in an unpleasant situation, which luckily we resolved with the owner.
