Summary: Poor directions regarding the location of building and parking. Property manager tries to extract extra taxes from renters after the payment is received. The unit lacked soap and shampoo, the built in dispenser in the shower was empty. Manager said he would provide it, didn't do so. Threatens calling police if don't stop skiing to provide passport photos before check in. Miserable experience dealing with owner / property manager.
