The sweetest surprise: it was my partner’s birthday, and our host had made a handmade cake and brought out prosecco to celebrate — completely unprompted generosity that turned a great cooking class into one of the most memorable moments of our trip. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and it meant so much to us. The food itself was fantastic — fresh, authentic Puglian dishes made from scratch — but honestly the real highlight was her warmth and hospitality. We left full, happy, and genuinely touched. If you want an authentic, heartfelt experience in Ostuni rather than a generic tourist activity, book this. We can’t recommend it enough.

Summary: Perfect day cooking in Ostuni! Chef Lulu and her sous chef Gianni, are truly the best. Their home is beautiful, they are kind and fun, and made us feel like family. The food itself was better than we could have imagined and we can’t wait to recreate the meal at home. Would highly recommend!
