Summary: Tile making was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it! We got to speak with a true master of the craft, and the two hours we spent there flew by. It was also a great way to escape the midday heat. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. As two Americans who don’t speak Arabic, we felt completely welcomed and well taken care of

Summary: A truly wonderful experience. They explain the entire process of creating the mosaic, from the raw earth to the final colors, including the firing. Then comes the practical part: cutting the stone and each of us making our own little square of mosaic, a lovely decorative piece that can even serve as a trivet. The workshop is authentic and typical: everything is done entirely by hand, without any machines. A total immersion in traditional Moroccan craftsmanship.
