Pizza Making Class

With this ticket, you’ll have the chance to try making fresh pizza in a traditional Italian restaurant with a master pizza chef. Before starting preparations, you’ll be able to sample fresh topping ingredients, including mozzarella, olive oil, salami and tomatoes. You’ll hear about the local origins of the ingredients and the importance of using quality produce before starting to craft your pizza. Following the instructions of the master chef, you’ll be able to prepare a dough and bake your creation in a traditional wood oven before eating your cooked pizza.

Summary: The concept is very well thought through! Samuele was a great host who also gave us some background information about the location, the history of pizza and the secrets to making the best Neapolitan pizza! :) He was very engaged with the group, tried to remember everyone's name and interacted perfectly with two kids who were part of our class. The pizza tasted fantastic and we had so much fun! 100% would reccomend the pizza making class with Samuele!
