Summary: Our 15-year-old had an amazing time learning to surf with Quiksilver Surf School. We booked a block of 5 lessons and couldn’t be more impressed with the whole experience. Megan’s customer service is truly exceptional — professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. When one lesson had to be cancelled due to high winds, she handled it with such care and efficiency. The refund was processed without issue, and she went above and beyond to ensure the final lesson was a memorable one. Her high standard of service really stood out. Huge shoutout to surf instructors Martha and Bertie as well — they brought fantastic energy to the session and made the lessons fun, confidence-building, and truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Quiksilver Surf School to anyone looking to learn to surf — you’ll be in safe, enthusiastic, and seriously impressive hands!

Summary: Kyle was a great teacher, relaxed, loves surfing and made me feel at ease. Fistral beach was the ideal location with perfect waves. The surf school is a few steps away, with facilities to put on the wetsuit, showers, lockers, etc. The style of teaching is understandable and broken down into 2 sets of learnings. I ended up standing up on the board and I'm in my late 40s :) Nervous at the start, but finished with a constant big smile on my face throughout the session. Thank you Kyle.
