Mine and my partners first time with this sort of activity we had Martin as our guide/instructor he made us feel very welcome and safe during the activity and was extremely friendly, he was more than willing to take solo pictures of me and my partner when requested and made the whole experience exciting and memorable. What an unforgettable adventure! Zak was an incredible instructor – professional, funny, and super encouraging. He made the whole experience exciting but also safe, giving us the confidence to jump, climb, and push ourselves.
