Braidwood Escape is a luxurious home, architect designed, with construction completed in 2009. The design features covered links separating the bedrooms from the main living areas of the house, tasmanian oak flooring throughout, and extensive glazing affording fantastic forest views from all parts of the home. The house is memorable for its massive rear alfresco deck which is furnished with an outdoor dining setting, gas barbeque and sun lounges.
Braidwood Escape is conveniently located midway between Denmark town centre and Ocean Beach.
The house itself is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. There are four large bedrooms, three with queen size beds and the fourth with two sets of single bunk beds. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with spa bath, whilst the main bathroom has a huge open shower.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, featuring granite benchtops, breakfast bar, double sink, induction cooktop, ducted extract canopy and Bosch dishwasher.
The main dining and living areas are open plan in design, with raked ceiling, celestory glazing, and a log fire with double glass doors that was imported from France. Perfect to curl up in front of while enjoying a glass of red on the coldest of winter nights.
For entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV, CD stereo system, DVD player and an assortment of board games, jigsaw puzzles and books. The Bibbulmun track runs along the southern boundary of the property.
