The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 2002 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture and campfire site. Dogs are not allowed in the garden.

The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The property is located on the Desna River. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property. The parking space is lockable by a chain.
