Holiday home located in Ålbækparken in Salling, a popular holiday home area close to many experience opportunities. The house is furnished with a cozy conservatory with click floor and the possibility of heating. Combined kitchen / living room with bright kitchen furniture, good dining area and living area with flat screen TV, wood stove and heat pump. In the living room there are bright ceilings and light floor. From here small distribution corridor to bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, bedroom with double bed and closets and two bedrooms both with sofa bed with the possibility of extra bed / pull-out to double bed. From the living room there is access to a large, partially covered terrace. Next to the conservatory there is another small terrace where the morning sun can be enjoyed and behind the house there is another tile terrace. There is a combined washer and dryer. The cottage is located on a large, enclosed plot with large lawn. There are many activities on the site, including playhouse, football goal, trampoline (use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance), swing, shelter and campfire site. From the house there are only approx. 400 m to the good beach with jetty and to Ålbæk Camping, which has mini golf, water park, kiosk, restaurant in the summer and small grocery store. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
