As you enter the villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with dining area, measuring around 40m² and opening onto the covered terrace. A second small west-facing terrace with a plancha grill invites you to relax. The separate kitchen, measuring around 9.27m², is equipped with a 4-ring gas hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms. The first bedroom, with wardrobe, opens onto the south-facing terrace and has a 160 cm bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and a 140 cm bed and also opens onto the south-facing terrace. The third bedroom, facing east, has a 160 cm bed and an adjoining bathroom. A shower room and separate toilet complete the interior layout. The garden can accommodate up to two cars.
The beautiful south-facing covered terrace is a real asset to this villa, providing a much-appreciated outdoor living space. Life is organised at the rear of the villa, on the garden side, for moments of conviviality and relaxation.
Holidaymakers love to walk to the Estagnots beach, which is an undeniable advantage. Please note that linen is not included in the rental price. Outside high season, arrivals are possible on days other than Saturdays and a heating package is available (please contact us). Please also note that the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
