This bright, airy condo includes a full-service kitchen, high-end furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Sleeping seven comfortable beds, there are two king bed bedrooms and a third bedroom with a queen and twin bed.
LOCATION: Located on the Bayside- you are less than 2 miles from our beautiful Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk! Tax-Free Tanger Outlets is less than 2 miles from the condo, and plenty of 5-star dining is within walking distance or a bike ride. Bring your bikes and enjoy all the lovely bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway) to Rehoboth Ave- walk down Roosevelt St onto State Rd. Super easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and off-street parking. An electronic keypad system facilitates check-in. A community fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower.Putting green with balls and adjustable clubs are available for guests enjoyment
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Some amenities are shared; please be courteous to your neighbors. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is charged a pet fee. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
