We are only 2 minutes off the I-15 freeway which makes easy access to anywhere in Salt Lake County or Utah County.

We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley! We are only 20 minutes from Provo, 35 minutes to Sundance, 40 minutes to Salt Lake Airport, 60 minutes from Park City and we're only 2 minutes off the 15 freeway! Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots that are just a 10 minute drive. We have hundreds of YELP worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Ask us about our favorites places!
Lyft, Uber and Uber Eats are very active in our area.
You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street in front of our home.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after10pmeach night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property.We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes.We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
