There are 2 amazing living spaces with hardwood throughout, crown moldings, and each offer balconies as well. Treat yourself to the best view downtown from the private rooftop terrace overlooking one of the nations most historic cities with steeples of St. John’s Cathedral, the golden dome of City Hall, and the Talmadge Bridge in the distance. To top it all off, convenience is having 3 parking spaces which is almost unheard of in downtown Savannah! One is located on site and two others are in the parking garage across the street. The lower level of the property has 2 luxurious bedrooms with private baths. The master bedroom offers a King bed and the guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Each get their own full tiled bath with large step in shower and plenty of fluffy towels. A library style seating area offers cozy swivel chairs for a quiet read and a half bath conveniently located. The living room has large glass doors for plenty of light leading to the balcony, a great place to enjoy your coffee or tea overlooking the city. A comfortable sofa and chairs with large flat screen TV are the perfect place to lounge with family and friends after a day in Savannah. The living space is open to the dining area which seats 4.
